School Meeting Minutes: 17 October 2025
CHAIRPEOPLE: Grayson and Ricky
- Acknowledgement of Country. Grayson read this out for us.
- Variety by Sophie. A representative from the children’s charity, Variety, spoke about their work and suggested ways we could help their organisation eg growing your hair and donating it for children’s wigs, raising money or awareness by holding a wear red day or a crazy hair day.
- TBU metal shelves by Kian and Sido. Kian has noticed that a section of the metal shelving can be pulled off and could be dangerous. Please make sure to leave this intact.
- Candy wrapper in bathroom by Raffy and Luca. Raffy and Luca found a candy wrapper in the bathroom and so they wanted to remind everyone that lollies are not allowed at school.
- Sustaining by Wendy. Today is the first Sustaining Currambena with new people on each job so elders, please make sure children know what they are supposed to do. If you finish your job early, please go and find another job to do.
Meeting adjourned. Wendy’s group stay and tidy up Meg’s room.
