Sarah’s Class Week 10 Term 3
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee made it!!! Term 3 is always a looooong and busy term where children really start to come into themselves. And I’ve certainly been seeing that. We’ve had the wonderful opportunity to welcome a student teacher into our class (this term) and provide them with the Currambena experience. Bella, did some lovely lessons with the children and they really warmed to her which was especially evident when we had a lovely last day of saying something ‘nice’ to those who were departing. We farewelled not only Bella, but Theodore and Siana as well and although we are sad to see them leave we are excited for their next journey.
The children did some gorgeous poetry writing this week and learnt more about “TIME’. Thanks to those parents who took us to Flip Out on Tuesday. The children had a fabulous time trampolining. Project presentations were of high standard and I felt extremely proud of the progress the children have ALL made in this area of their learning.
I want to say, thank you, to Archana for her classroom support with my class and wish her all the best on her journey into teaching.
Have a safe and happy holiday everyone and I look forward to seeing you all for our final term together.
Love, Sarah
