School Meeting Minutes

Chaired by Oce and Grace (Amelia’s class)

  • Wheels by Sarah

Sarah wanted to remind the school of our wheel agreements. The class meeting mentioned rules such as only riding down one ramp, which is the windy one next to Sarah’s room, always wearing a helmet and enclosed shoes, being careful and looking out for people when riding, not riding beyond the area near the bubblers, and returning school scooters back to the rack.

  • Beyblades by Amelia

Amelia brought up the growing need for agreements regarding beyblade use, specifically with trading rules. Amelia asked that any children who play regularly with beyblades to come to Sarah’s room after sustaining to discuss and write up agreements for beyblade play and trading. Sarah will bring these agreements to the next school meeting.

  • iPads by Zac

Zac wanted to remind the school to please charge the iPads, they are often left unplugged. Chris added for the older kids to support the younger ones by placing the iPads into the trays upside down so the charging ports are easily accessible.

  • Benji’s wallet by Meg

Benji lost his wallet recently so Meg asked everyone to keep an eye out for it. It is a rectangular blue wallet.

  • Thank you by Emme and Mabel

Emme and Mabel wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for donating and supporting their class’s lunchtime stall on Thursday. It was a huge success, and they collected over $500 for donations. Sarah also said well done to Wendy’s class for holding such a successful stall.

  • Abi’s lost money

Abi lost $50 yesterday. Luckily, during the meeting Sarah D had the money safely on Wendy’s desk after it had been handed in yesterday.

  • Hats by Meg

Meg wanted to remind everyone that hats are not toys and they are to keep us safe. So please don’t use hats for games or to take and throw.
