Jess’s Class Week 4 Term 4

We’ve had a busy, productive, and somewhat disjointed week with Jess away sick. Luckily Sarah D and Susan know the group and, with the help of Amelia, have been able to keep the Artificial Intelligence ship on course.

This week we completed Unit 31 of Soundwaves, focussing on the ou / ow sound, compound words and the suffix “y”.

The children have been very excited about the upcoming concert and much time has been spent rehearsing, costume making and prop making. Xavi’s mum, Jess, also came in on Friday to assist with the sound and digital tech. The coming week will be full steam ahead in final concert preparations, hopefully with Jess feeling better and back at the helm.
