Jess and Susan’s Group Week 4 Term 4

Dear Parents,

Enthusiasm for the concert continues! The children are fully engaged in rehearsals and busy creating props and costumes with the help of Crafty and Zio. 

With Susan away on Tuesday, Archana walked the group to Lane Cove Pool, where they enjoyed time in the leisure pool. She kindly filled in again on Wednesday and helped the children in the craft room with costume and prop making, amongst other things. 

On Thursday, our regular routine continued as the children delved deeper into their PIPs — there are some really interesting topics! In handwriting, we focused on cursive f and practised speed loops, while in maths measurement we concentrated on time.

On Friday, some of the children helped Crafty with the Loch Ness Monster revival. We’re looking forward to another fabulous picnic social at Greenwich Sailing Club next Friday, 14 November from 7pm-9pm. The children are welcome to bring along their personal lanterns and there will be a supply of candles to light them up.  Crafty would love some help setting up. He will be there from 4pm. Be sure to put it in your diary!
