Jess and Susan’s Class: Term 3 Week 1

Dear Parents,

It’s been a short but energetic week to start term 3. The children enjoyed starting the term with craft and Spanish, they did some maths mental activities and warmed up with some simple writing tasks. PIP topics have been chosen and the wheels are turning in that space. All the tasks around Sustaining Currambena jobs and School meetings have been locked in and the children have made their choices for Sports participation for the term.

This term is going to be busy, so please keep your eye on the newsletter calendar for events and excursions. Coming up in the next few weeks we have:

  • Monday 3rd August: Excursion to Hyde Park Barracks
  • Friday 7th August: Soup day (organised by some of the children in our class)

And of course, over the next week or so, Susan and I will be meeting with you all to chat about your gorgeous children.
