Amelia’s Class Week 10 Term 3

Hi everyone,

…and that’s a wrap on term 3! And what a term it has been. We had a beautiful final week together, enjoying time with Meg’s class at the secret garden, going on our excursion to Tambourine Bay, presenting PIPs, and presenting videos and creations for our Natural Disasters final task.

I want to say a final thank you to everyone, particularly the children, for their understanding, patience and flexibility in managing our classroom changes. I have it on good authority that the works should be fixed by the end of the first week of holidays. I will of course notify all of you when we have the official confirmation we can use the space safely again.

A huge enthusiastic thank you again to the parents that supported our excursion to Tambourine Bay, and a special thank you to Susan for her expertise and activities engaging the children in insect searching and identification! The children had a fabulous time, and our shared BBQ was a particular class community highlight. I hope to do something with parent involvement again next term, so please keep an eye on your emails. What a fabulous day, the pictures below say it all!

Have a glorious break everyone. See you again in term 4.
