Everyone settled into CASP very quickly this term and we are having a wonderful time playing after school.
My apologies to permanent CASP bookings for making a mistake with the billing as I thought this was an eleven week term when it is really ten. Julianna has sorted this out and you won’t be overcharged. If you have already paid you will now have a credit.
Last week we did painting with our own paint made from raspberries and blackberries. Some of the children enjoyed eating the paint.
We did other craft activities including making marbled paper, watercolour painting and mask making.
One day we had a nice little fairy party set up using the little cup shaped ends of the acorns from the big oak tree.
We played different inside games such as Marble Run, Boggle, Connect Four, Panic and Twister.
We played outside games such as tennis, red light – green light, what’s the time Mr Wolf and crocodile-crocodile.
And we enjoyed hide and seek, ball play, sandpit play and just general running and chasing.
The children have also been having fun with our handpuppet collection as well.
