Hello Everyone,
We would like to offer a very warm welcome Willem and Luuk.
They are two Physical Education students, in their final year of study, from the Netherlands who are going to be with us till July. They will be in the school Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and will be working with all the classes. They will be here this Friday for the day and next week they are off with Wendy and her class on school camp.
WELCOME BREAKFAST
This is happening on Friday 27th February starting at 7.30am.
If you are able to help with the set-up and running of this breakfast can you please speak to Payman, the mother of Avah in Fran’s class.
SCHOOL COUNCIL MEETING
We have our first meeting for 2009 starting at 7.30pm. For all our new comers this is our school governing body made up of teachers and parents and they generally meet twice a term in the evening. These meetings are open to the community except for In Camera agenda items which are confidential issues relating to individuals and are usually dealt with in the first half hour of the meeting. If you are thinking of coming to a meeting just ring Julianna during the day and she will inform you if there are In Camera items.
2009 CALENDAR
All you photo enthusiasts - we are looking for great interactive photos of our Currambena kids. We want to start now, building a library of pictures we can draw from, for when we start pulling the calendar together in June.
