Dear Parents and Carers
This is Week 11, the last week of term. The first day of term is Tuesday 29th April 2008. Children can attend CASP on Monday 28th April if needed, at a cost of $26.00 for a short day (8.30 - 3.30pm) or $38.00 for a long day (until 6.30pm). Please put your name down on the list in the CASP sign-in book.
Next term we hope to start visiting the park on a Monday morning. We will leave at 9.30am and return at 11.00am. We will walk to the park at the end of Dorritt Street, going up Longueville Rd and then down Dorritt Street. We take the fruit for morning tea and some balls. Children need to arrive before 9.30am and be wearing shoes for the park visit. There will be a permission form on the sign-on sheet each Monday morning. Please ensure you sign it each Monday.
Please can all parents send a couple of changes of clothes each day? Our spare clothes box is for emergencies only. Also if you have any spare clothes to donate to the box they would be very useful! Girls clothes are especially needed.
The Conflict Resolution Course will be running next term. We need lots of participants!! This course will give you excellent strategies for use in family relationships, business and everyday life.
This week we have been doing Klimt inspired collages, talking about what children would like to learn next term, and doing some Conflict Resolution work on what to do when someone says they hate you.
Thank you to all the parents for coming in and cleaning, washing, playing and cooking with the children. It has been wonderful to have your company and help!!
